Who Am I?

How Can I Help?

You may be wondering who I am and why I feel that I can help you at this critical time in your life.

My name is Mark Elkins.  I have been working in real estate since the early 1980's.  My first real estate transaction was in 1988.  Over the years since then, I have had the opportunity to encounter and to work with many legal problems.  I have come to realize that most of these problems stem from what most call "the fine print" or the technical details in written agreements.

On my staff I have a contract attorney, three litigators, three real estate attorneys, two tax attorneys, an estate attorney and an asset protection specialist.  In addition my wife is a criminal attorney.

In the time I have spent with these attorneys I have learned a great deal about the law.  While all these attorneys are skilled in the practice of law, I have learned how to use the practical reality of how to apply the law to my advantage. One way I used this information was to buy homes which were in the foreclosure process and save them from final foreclosure.

The Last 3 Years Are Predatory In Nature
